Hello, Need help on Prox Term setup.

Current Setup as Below:

Due:  Net Days =25

Discount:   Days =10

Discount Type: Percent =1.00%

Is it going to work? If I understand if Invoice Date is 04/01/2014 Then discount date is 05/10 & Due date is 05/25/2014.

What will happen if Invoice date is on : 04/26/2014 ?

    Hi Sandip,

    I must be missing something, but would this yield the following:

    Invoice Date: 04/01/2014

    Due Date: 04/26/2014

    Disc Date: 04/11/2014

    For 10th Prox, I think you would need to use 'Date' instead of 'Net Days'

    If you set the date at 25, then your invoice dated 04/01 would be due on 04/25.

    Your discount date is 10 days from the invoice date, so it should be 04/11

    For your 2nd scenario:

    Invoice Date 04/26

    Due 05/25

    Discount 05/6

    You can manipulate these dates using grace periods.
