Our business rotates responsibility for completing a daily set of tasks among a group of people. To satisfy this unique business need, our thought was to leverage queues within Microsoft Dynamics CRM, create the tasks as queue items, and then modify the queue membership when the responsibilities rotated. To streamline further, we were hoping to use workflows to automate: (1) task creation, (2) queue item creation, and (3) queue membership updates. We have accomplished items (1) and (2), but we are having difficulty with item (3). Without writing code, is there a method to update queue membership and/or queue ownership with an "out-of-the-box" workflow?
