My users are getting the followin error this morning
Your licence does not grant you the following permissions on TableData Extra Settings: Read.
This restricts them from accessing quotes and orders.
Any help appreciated.
Can you please argument some more about that? Is this an upgrade from 18.x to 19.x OnPrem or SaaS?
I believe you are not using standard BC permission.
BC19 requires an additional access to TableData Extra Settings and Unit group. You will need to add this for your users.
This worked perfect. I do indeed have non standard permissions hence the problem when the tenancy upgraded from 18 to 19.

Hi Teddy, where do I find TableData Extra Settings and Unit group to be added? I have looked for it within non standard permission sets but these are not available.
