Has any one had a problem using the VAT100 for GP 10 with regards to the EU sales?
When I generate a VAT100 for a period, say from 1st December to 31st December, all the boxes are calculated correctly except the box for the number for "Total Value of all supplies of goods and related services, excluding any VAT, to other EU member States:"
I thought that the VAT100 was calculated from the table TX30000. When I query the table, I get the EU sale amount that I would expect to see in the VAT100, which is different from the amount on the actual VAT100.
The funny thing is that when I generate a VAT100, the EU sales box may say £1,000.00, but when I add up the detail pages of sales that are EU sales, I may get £2,000.00.
Has anyone experienced this, or similar problems with the VAT100 for GP10. GP10 is fully up to date.
