    HI Habeeb

In my world both Titles are the same, however an Analyst role would be more focused on producing requirements and design documents, Matching Requirements with features and may involve liaising with developers for some enhancement approaches to CRM. Maybe they want the CRM Consultant to be focused on the Helping users the existing OOTB features rather than perform Analysis for new Project requirements?

    Best of luck :)

Kindly tick 'Yes' to verify :)

    Best Wishes, Raz
