hi
i have had the maximum value set in our environment for last 12 months. only one count supervisor (not the worker i am using in this example to cycle count the work). so i have it set at £100 as you will see in my screen shot.
however even when i do a count that has a value of £1 is goes to pending review. see below screen shot that shows for 9.75 way outside of the £100. any ideas what could be causing this as as far as i can see and has worked the last 12 months perfectly all is set up right from a stock management and WMS perspective.
