User 1 → has SUPER → can view attachment
User 2 → has SUPER + D365 BUS FULL ACCESS → can view attachments
User 3 → has D365 BUS PREMIUM, LOGIN, LOCAL, EXCEL EXPORT → cannot view attachment
All users are in the same company. The attachment is added directly on the Purchase Invoice (Attachments section). Also, there is a power automate flow configured which triggers when user sends an approval request and is notified for approve reject via business central with the attachment added in the purchase invoice.
Which permission set(s) are required to allow a user to view document attachments?
Is assigning Super sufficient, or is there a recommended permission set for this scenario? Or there is any other issue.
