GP2015 January Hotfix - Unable to Upgrade SBA from RTM

I am getting 'Unable to upgrade SBA from RTM. Please remove the SBA feature before running this patch' when applying GP14-KB3030074, the January hotifix for GP2015. I need to convert GP2010 Dbs that have 2014 YEU applied, and need to apply this hotfix. Anyone know what the 'SBA' feature is?

SBA is Service Based Architecture and a quick link to explain can be found at :

As to your issue and the need to apply the patch - there is a great post on this matter at:

    https://community.dynamics.com/gp/b/dynamicsgp/archive/2015/01/23/draft-microsoft-dynamics-gp-2015-round-2-payroll-tax-update-what-you-need-to-know.aspx

    Post points out that :

    Microsoft Dynamics GP 2015 (14.00.0619)
**If you applied the 2014 US or Canadian Year end on a prior version, you will need the January hotfix for your uprade path to GP 2015.

**If you have SBA installed Service Based Architecture, you will receive a message to uninstall it.  Then you can apply the January Hotfix and then install SBA again.
