Dear Experts,
can you plz guide me how to create a new workflow in D365 like we create in ax2012 R3.. kindly tell me any similarity between creating process of WF in D365 & Ax2012R3
also if there any documents about this process any body have then send me .

Unfortunately we could not add system user in D365 by workflow.
For online versions, D365 users are managed in Office 365 and we should go to Office 365 admin center to manage users.

For on-premise version, you should add users in domain manually.
You could try Power Automate for your requirement, I suggest that you could raise this problem in power automate forum for other more professional help.

Hi partner,
You could follow the below steps.
1.Go to Advanced Settings->Processes.
2.Click on "New" button to create a new workflow. Choose the category as "workflow" and choose the entity which you want to run this workflow.
And attention that there are two types of WF, background WF could be triggered automatically when the condition is meet and on-demand WF needs users to click the button to run.
3.Then we will enter the WF configure form. Here we could setup the trigger conditions and actions like update, create, delete or assign and many other actions.
4.After we saved and activated the WF, we could go to System Jobs to monitor the process.
