Hello

I am new to the Dynamics CRM and require a sample requirements in which I can go through each of the requirements and go for a practise in CRM 2011 Dynamics. I have a fair understanding of different modules like Sales, Service and Marketing and littble as part of customizations which I am learning. If someone can provide a sample case study then I can do a practise on the tool.

Hi Srinivasa,

The convenient way to learn more about CRM 2011 would to be to login in CRM organization and go to Settings-->Administration--Admin Resources and you will find Links and documents related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011. You can also download & refer to Implementation Guide for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 from http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=3621 and you may also visit to http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj158901.aspx for more information.
