Hi BC gurus,

is it posible to adjust cost on an already posted sales return? Looks like we have some transactions where users did not input any costs.

Your help is appreciated!

Hi, You cannot adjust the cost of a posted document.
But you can use Revaluation Journal to appreciate or depreciate an item.

Hi ,

Unfortunately, there is no Reverse/Correct/Cancel etc. for Posted Sales Return Orders as Posted Credit Memo. It would take posting an Invoice using Copy Document of the posted return/credit memo to reverse the impact.
