Hi,

I have set of lead which are in qualified and disqualified state and the form looks like locked with an footer message qualified/disqualified, when I am trying to update those lead value data via an console application will it update?

If I need to update those values also what I have to change in my console whether its possible to update like in the scenario or not? Or I have to reactivate those leads and have update? Need your thoughts

Hello All ,

I have implemented a custom requirement by Qualify a lead without creating Opportunity using workflow which get triggered using a custom Ribbon Button and its working fine as expected . After Qualify a lead using custom button I have to set a custom footer status (XYZ) but its populating only Qualified . I have tried to add new Status reason in the Lead Status and set in my workflow properties but still its bringing default Qualify status after lead qualification without creating Opportunity . Please share your comments .

1) Custom Button

2) Need Custom Status(Qualify No Opportunity) to populate after Qualify lead

3) Workflow Status required to Populate in the footer rather than Default Qualify status

Thanks Saravanakumar VE, the issue that when we retrieve the values by using fetchxml by passing the Lead GUID record which is deactivate state, its not fetching the value from lead entity and entity count becomes zero

Hi Kishor,

Yes, it is possible to update those lead record from console application without reactivating it in CRM.

You can follow normal update procedure by passing the record GUID and attribute value which you want to update.

This also can be done by using Dialogs also.
