Duplicate Detection View Duplicates - how to add fields

Hello,

Is there any way to edit which output columns are shown after a duplicate detection job has run and I select on "View duplicates"?

We have custom contact fields which I need output in order to decide on which records to merge and which to delete.

Also is there anyway to change the size of the grid where duplicates are listed - the layout is horrible.

Thanks for your help

...and also is there any way to set "Select all fields with data. If both records have data in the same field, the master record field is selected" as the default rather than having to tick this each time I merge?
