I'm planning to add a new features to my CRM mobile app, which is synchronizing and taking the app offline.

Is that any articles can provide me techniques (what data shouldn't be synchronized, what data shouldn't be stored in the local storage, when to synchronize, etc...) on the development of offline app. I'm trying to search quite a numbers of articles but I can't found a really promising one.

Thank you.

    Terry,

Did you create an app that reads CRM?

If so, what kind of App is it?
