    Hi Yousef

    The RibbonDiffXML is in the CRM Solution File, editing this will allow you to customise the button commands on CRM Entity forms, However your better off using the Ribbon Workbench which provides a GUI to make your changes;

    You could embed a web resource and using a mix of html and xml tags much like a html page to achieve this

    Hello,
    Yes, you can able to add button on CRM page using the XML.

    For that you need to create a Solution of the particular entity on which you want to add Button. So, after extracting that solution you can get the Customizations file in that you need to modify the “<RibbonDiffXml>” to add the button in your CRM form.

    Instead of doing this you can add the Ribbon Button simply using the Ribbon Workbench. You can download it by using below link.

    Hope this helps !

    Thanks,
    Sam

    Hi Jaballi

    For buttons embedded directly on the form, it is possible using an HTML webresource, etc.  You need to be careful to make sure you code is supported and works on IE, Firefox and Chrome.  We have had clients that had upgrade issues because of some former developers using unsupported methods to add buttons to forms.

    I would suggest that you check out North52's "Quick Button App" as this I believe provides you what you are looking for.
