Hi, I am unable to access Microsoft learning download manager.
 
Sent support request twice, but no response

    Unfortunately, we can't help you on this forum. We are volunteers, not Microsoft employees. In your name, I see MCT, so I do assume you are a Microsoft Certified Trainer. Is the program active for you and are you using the same credentials as your MCT account?
    Apart from the support requests, do you have any MCT contact at Microsoft?
