Hi,

How can I add a button to the command bar shown on the Unified Interface Dashboard (Customer Service Hub)?

Tried to accomplish this by using Ribbon Workbench but couldn't find the right group

Any hints?

Thanks!

I have also had this issue; the button appears in the classic UI, but not in the Unified Interface Dashboard.

There is one OOB Enable rule causing trouble, you may need to delete that after taking backup of ribbon solution.
