Are there any ways to send emails to Marketing Lists in Dynamic CRM 2015?

Hi folks, new to CRM. I've ran across an issue where I need to send email to Marketing Lists.

In my project, I've used Contacts in Marketing List and used that Marketing List into a custom entity. Now I need a way to send email to those Marketing Lists every time I create a record in my custom entity. I was trying to create a workflow. However I couldn't find any way to send email to a marketing list in Dynamic CRM 2015.

If any of you Master CRM can help me with this, it'll be much appreciated. If any other infos needed, let me know in the comments.

Hi there.

Sorry, in MS CRM 2015 you have no out of the box solution to send eMails to a Marketing List. You have to develop your own solution or to buy the solution of a CRM-Service Provider. With MS CRM 2016 it's easy to send eMails to Marketing Lists, because Marketing Lists are displayed in the sent to options of eMails.

You will have to write either a custom plugin or custom worflow to achieve your task.

Hi Karsten,

How is this possible? I'm using 2016 Online, when selecting new Email, there is no option to 'Send to' a Marketing List?
