I have one field on service module "case" that is (Field name - First Time Resolution and data type is option set)

Now the issue is this , users close the cases which is created by my team  after tick the yes on this field, because

I want to restricted the user to close those case by tick option only which is created by my team ("my team name is Customer Care").

    Hello,

    You can update the security role to provide write permission only to users within the team which created the record.

    If you want to prevent users to update the record, even if it's a radio button, text field, lookup or whatever, the permissions take control.

    This solution is great is you want to prevent any users outside your team to update anything on the record.

    if you want to manage only this specific field, then you have to go with some javascript and check if the user is within your team then enable the field otherwise set it to read only.
