One minor correction here and a comment.

SSRS does not require IIS anymore.

Can you logon to your server and go into SSRS Configuration? If you can you can check the report server and report manager URL right from there. It is possible that that SSRS configuration has not been completed yet.

Can other workstations access SSRS or is it just one workstation?

    RE: SSRS Reporting

Frank's right, without clarification of the situation, there are a lot of things that can be wrong here. I happen to have a checklist - I use checklists for a lot of things.

    1. Make sure SSRS is installed.

    2. Make sure the SSRS Service is running.

    3. Make sure the IIS Service is running - SSRS requires IIS on versions prior to 2008

    4. Make sure you are accessing SSRS with the user who installed it - only this user gets permissions by default.

    5. Make sure you are starting your browser with administrator permissions.

    6. Make sure you have added the SSRS site added to your compatibility list or set your browser compatibility correctly - depends on the version.

    7. If you can see SSRS after this, make sure you have deployed SSRS reports from GP

My gosh, this could be any one of dozens of causes.  Do you have access to SQL Server installation instructions?  I would start there and read through the SSRS setup steps to make sure all components are installed and configured properly.
