Olá Especialistas, 

Estou trabalhando recentemente como Gestão de Serviços, e fui questionado sobre ter um check-list de atendimento do Técnico, procurei nas opções que temos em Item Service e Order Service/worksheet e nada. 

Sabem me dizer se a ferramenta trabalha com esse conceito de check list?

    not really, i would like to know if in the service management module there is a check-list for the technician, for each type of service?

    Luis,

    The Service module does have the ability for a Technician to enter the Problem, its Fault, its Resolution, its Cause. To help you see this, I am attaching 2 manuals: Service Items and Service Orders. In Service Items read the Troubleshooting section for setup and in Service Order read the section on setting faults and information.
