Hello Community
I have a Cloud Hosted Env (Tier-1 Dev env), after LCS created the env we have joined the VM to our Organization domain.
Looks like now builtin\Admin*** account doesn't have access to the VM and when i try to apply an update from LCS it fails with error
Error running script. RemoteMachine: 'd365-fo-xxxxx.northcentralus.cloudapp.azure.com:52260/' Username: 'builtin\Adminxxxx'. [5]:Connecting to remote server d365-fo-xxxxx.northcentralus.cloudapp.azure.com failed with the following error message : Access is denied. For more information, see the about_Remote_Troubleshooting .
Any suggestions would be helpful
Regards
San
Try to login to the VM via RDP as the local admin. Then you will see the actual error message.
I haven't tried to join a D365 dev VM to a domain but I don't see why it would not work. However this doesn't mean that it necessarily will work :) Why do you want to join it to the corporate domain?
At least you need to remember to set up the VM (or your group policy) in a way that local administrator account is still allowed to login to the VM. Then try again.
