Changing the report output location

ReportReport
Posted on by 50

I have a user who changed to a new computer with win 7 but is having issues running reports.  When we select  the report and hit print we get an error stating that there was a problem writing on the c drive.  It never asks us to specify a location or chose a printer.  I have very limited knowledge or gp.  Any help is appreciated

    What report do you want to print?

    Note: If the report window has destination button, then click the button to choose the destination report file path.

    Hope this helps!!!

    1. Go to Report-->Sales/Purchasing/Financial-->Trail Balance.

    2. In Trail balance window, choose aged trail balance and click new button.

    3. Enter option name and choose the year and click destination window to choose the report output path and click print button.

    Hope this helps!!!
