We currently have Microsoft Dynamics NAV. The system is okay but I am not happy with my software provider. We pre-paid for the software as well as the e-commerce. We paid for 124 hours of professional support to set up, implement, train and go live. Once we went live they issued another invoice for 20 hour of “addition peace meal work” and withheld implementing an e-commerce package until we paid for it in advance. They want me to pre-pay for support by buying expensive blocks. Is this normal? I am feeling quite intimidated and abused by them and I want out. Can someone steer me in the right direction as my life has become more complicated since implementing the system. Does anyone know if Microsoft or anyone else can support mw with this isuue.
