How to Setup Fixed Price for Resources?

Hi guys,

I have a question on how to setup fix prices in business central.

We have multiple customers who we charge a flat fee for a service visit. Is there a way so we can have the price as a fixed rate instead of per quantity?

    You have to do some kind of customization, cannot be set using standard BC.

    How can we set this in our BC? What is needed?

    I believe you are referring to Volume Pricing or Discount and I don't think you can set that using standard BC.

    Thanks for your response.

    Prices are setup through the resource card.

    An issue we are running into is this: for example, our technician spends 3 hours at the site so we bill on the service order for 3 hours. The unit price keeps adjusting based on the number of hours. We want to charge the customer a set price for the visit.

    I hope this helps understand my issue.

    Did you set up the price on the resource card? that is the default price used. How did you setup the prices now ?
