Hi,
i need to integrate Dynamics CRM 2013/2015 with Act CRM,RightNow and Sage ERP.

You can create an intergration with ERP products in multiple ways. Depending on your requirements and development capacity you can either custom code an integration using the CRM Webservices or you can use an existing tool such as Scribe to do this integration for your.
