When a user attempted to open an activity, they get a message, saying "loading business logic" and then nothing happens, if I attempt to close the window using the X in the upper right, I receive an error. The error log is below. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Thank you

Steve

    Hi Stephen,

Few quires, this is happening for all users or with just one user? is this happening with all activities type or with a particular activity type?  Have to checked with different browser?

If this is happening for just one browser and work well for other try to clear cache the browning data and check,

If it working for all users and not with one on the same browser then this will be user specific , figure out delta between working and not working user.

If it working for all other activities and not for a particular activity with same user and same browser , it will be data issue.

This must I can think this moment , rest tell us you findings, thanks

Thank you. I checked with several browsers and they all have similar results. I am able to create activities from the contact card. But if I select any of these activities as attempt to view, it fails. If I login as another user, I receive the same results. The worked fine until the latest 2015 SharePoint Online update. I did find this article, although it doesn't deal with activities, the behavior sounds similar.

It mentioned that a java script may stop the form from loading. I don't think I have any custom java scripts, but I to have workflows.

Thank you for taking the time to answer. Any help would be appreciated.

I was able to resolve the issue, the recent upgrade changed the way in which the forms operate, to enable the legacy form processing, select legacy form rendering and turn this on, see image below.

    Thanks for the reply.

Is there a long term fix for this? I'm seeing the same thing in CRM 2016 on-premises. Just turning on legacy form processing is just a band-aid.
