Microsoft does keep releasing new patches/hot fixes for the different localizations.
As a partner, how do we track these patches/features released by Microsoft.
Is there any standard page/link/site that we can look into, to identify tracking these patches/features/hot fixes released by Microsoft?

The above link contains reports localization wise and it is specified that this is updated by Microsoft every two weeks.
However, on clicking the link, I see that it is outdated - the latest features are not available in the report.
Based on study, am given to understand that by accessing
"Microsoft Dynamics Localization Portal - Microsoft Dynamics NAV"
the updates on the latest patches/hot fixes for a localization could be tracked.
But how to access this? Even from partner source am not able to do it.
To be more specific , Indian government has introduced a section 206AB in income tax, which is effective for Indian clients from 01-07-2021.
I would like to know whether Microsoft has released a patch for this or when is it planned to be released?
In case of D365, since the feature management is there in the product itself I have no difficulty to track this.
But in case of NAV 2016, how do we track this?
