How to troubleshoot error “Unable to convert Ms Dynamic to Sap“

Hi, 
The Purchase Request in BC Module  integrated with  SAP, and there is an error as per  below snapshot pop up. Does anyone know how troubleshooting?

    This doesn't look like a NAV standard error? Did you add any Add-ins or customizations?
    You can try debugging it or contact your partner directly.
