Create a Remittance Advice for Customer using the Direct Debit functionality in Business Central, possible??

Hi Community, 

Using Direct Debit Mandate, the system doesn't generate a remittance advice like the process for using EFT for Vendors and sending directly to Customer by email. 

At the moment, we need to extract the payment line and send it one by one to customer. This is not very quick if you have 100 lines for 20 customer

Is anyone has develop this or have an idea how to proceed.

    Hello,

    I am guessing you are using the Collect Payment with SEPA Direct Debit mandate. Have you thought about utilizing the Create Standard Cust. Invoice batch job to possibly email them to the customers upon posting? I know you will need to manually send each but you can auto-send them to each customer using an APP for auto-emailing (like:

    appsource.microsoft.com/.../pubid.sim_crest|aid.autoemail|pappid.1c9f9809-0e2b-40c9-905b-51916c86f167

    Maybe others have ideas.

    Hi Steve, Yes I'm talking about the Collect Payment with SEPA Direct Debit mandate. We using the NA Version of Business Central.

    The idea is to send the Remittance advice directly to customer.
