Hi, how do we customize the drop down menus associated with account & contact

    Hi,

    Those are navigation items.. you can customize from form customization.

    Settings--> Customization --> Customize the system --> Contact / Account --> Forms

    Open the form where you want to change navigation.. then on form customization ribbon use "Navigation" and you can change navigation items.
