how to access custom web pages from outside of network .

Hi All,

 I have deployed the custom web pages into the IIS with servername:<portnumber>


Then i have integrated this into the MSCRM 2013 , and accessing this within the same network it's accessible.

but when i am trying to access this from outside the network thess custom webn pages are not accessible from the outside network.

How to resolve this situation and how can i access this from the outside network.

    Hello,

    If you trying to access CRM or CRM Data from outside the network IFD Should be done.

    This link will explain you the stuff about IFD and help you.

    Hi,

    You can't access this web application because it is hosted on intranet, so won't be available over extranet.

    You can two options:

    > Use VPN to connect to your network then you will be able to access

    > Use static ip and open your application port for extranet, then you will be able to access your application from outside.

     

    No need to any changes over CRM

    we have already open the port for accessing it from outside the network.

    1) we have made www.something.com:<portnumber>

    for crm.

    2) we are able to access the crm from outside, but my custom web pages have different port number and servername like below

    http://servername:&lt;portnumber>

    and this url is integrated with crm 2013.

    now problem is although we are able to access crm from outside but the custom web pages are not getting accessed via http://servername:&lt;portnumber>.

    I just want to achieve the custom web pages needs to be accessed from outside as we are able to accesss the mscrm from outside.

    Please deep dive into requirement and give your valuable suggestions.

    Note:- this is for MSCRM 2013 , i do require this to be achieved.
