Custom Entity: Statecode and Statuscode

Hi,

I've just come across a custom entity and there is no Statecode or Statuscode associated with it. I was under the impression these fields were automatically created on a custom entity? As they are missing, is it possible to recreate them somehow?

    these two fields are  always there in all entity. May be renamed by someone in the custom entity. Without this two fields crm won't  create custom entity.

    Hi.. 

    As Chitra mentioned, CRM will not create any custom entity without these attributes.

    You can check in CRM entity customization, under fields section, and look for attributes with schema Name

    statecode (Status) and statuscode ( Status Reason)

    And check what is the display name mentioned there. Also it might be possible that those fields are not added on Form, and that's why you are not able to find it.
