Hi All,

Any one please help us, Actually one of our client, who is using GP through Citrix server they are trying to generate a Sales Historical Aging Trail Balance report, and it is taking time around 4 hrs but when we trying to generate a report on direct server machine it was taking around max 25 min or less.

We checked all team like Citrix server, networking side, firewall side, data base side and there is no issue on their side.

Please, any one help us how we can solve this issue.
