Need help with using Blob fields on API

Hello,

Does anyone have experience with using blob fields on API? I created an API page to get a Purchase Order attachment so I can use it in Power Automate Flow. However, it seems to pick up the wrong attachment? Actually, no matter which PO I select, the system is always picking the same document.
