Disable Create Personal View Option

Hi ,

is there any way we can disable "Create Personal View" option from views list ..i don't want this option to be provided for user to create personal views in CRM 2013 (OnPremise)

Note: in security roles i have removed all permissions on "Saved Views" entity still not working

Yes It's a security permissions option

Settings>Administration>Security Roles

Switch Create 'Saved View' to null (red circle)

That stops them saving the newly generated view.

Security Role Customization --> View --> Remove the 'Create' and 'Write' permissions should stop them running the query in the first place.

Hi Naveen,

1.S, U Can Restrict a user to create a new personal View.

Navigate to settings>administration>Security>Security Role>core records>saved view

settings>administration>Security>Security Role>customization>view

Just provide only Read access to the saved view & View entity.

or else u can do this as well.

2.u can create a view & assign it on ur name & just share it to the user by just providing only read access.
