Hi Team,

I need to add 2 new values to the CaseType option set.

Can I directly go to the field and add those 2 new values ?

I am not sure what will be value of the 2 labels ?

Please assist ?

Hi,

If you have alradey unmanaged solution then simply include the case entity in the solution and navigate to fields from left pane ,find case Type field and add additional optionset items over there.

If you don't have unmanaged solution , You can create one and follow above steps , change accordingly.

The value you can give whatever you what as you can remember , You can keep the system created value as well.
