Plugin Error Report

I'm a total novice so please let me know if you need more info. The error message below comes from a custom plugin we use. The issue randomly started happening today for a few accounts. The plugin still works for other accounts in the instance without issue. I'm stumped...     Hi,

    Do you have any lookup in account entity? Can you please share the code, then it will help us to find the issue. Meanwhile try to debug your plugin and then you will get to know where exactly you are getting error.

    Hi,

     plugins are just C# dlls, a lot can be happening there. The error message is not telling us why  - there seem to be a bit of tracing there, so you might want to get in touch with the vendor of this plugin. They might be able to look at the code and see how that tracing corresponds to what's happening in the code.
