I am looking for the best automation tools which support dynamic crm applications

Could you share exactly tool which do you want to look for? MS CRM give us the platform for business to design, develop Automation system. You can use xRM platform to extend and build your automation tool such as:
1. Sale Automation
2. Forecast Automation
3. Automation process.
....
To do that, you should have knowledge about Xrm Platform (Plugin, workflow, Clientscript...)
