Rapid start number format

Hi all,

when I export data from a Rapid Start package I get numbers with dot decimal separator:

even if I configured the regional settings with Italian regional settings, with comma separator:

How can I get the correct format?

    You mean "Default Language" and "Services Language" or some other parameters in services configuration?

    I set both to 'it-IT'

    What settings are you using in My Setting in BC /WebClient or in User Personalization.

    I have configured also My Settings with

    Region --> Italiano (Italia)

    Language --> Italiano (Italia)
