why balance account not prompt during fixed asset acquire

Hi there,

When I acquire a fixed asset, although I have a SubClass setup which linked to the G/L account, it still prompt for inputting an account number.

Is there some reason that the Balance Account No not prompt automatically according to FA Sub Class?

    So based on the FA Posting Setup, the asset's general ledger account number is known, now the system needs to know the balancing account.
