Hello!

Is there an alternative way to export data and layout to excel in version 27.0. This option is available in the previous versions of Business Central online.

Hello,

The “Excel (data and layout)” option has been removed in v27, so you now only get Excel (data only) or formatted outputs like PDF/Word; there’s no direct replacement, and the intended alternatives are to either use custom Excel layouts for reports (to control formatting) or Open in Excel for raw data—basically Microsoft moved away from the old quick layout export toward structured data + customizable layouts.
