Item Substitute Suggestion in Sales Order if Item Out of Stock

Is it any OOTB or ISV that shows message if Item has Item Substitute and item is out of stock in sales order? For example if Item B is Substitute of item A then Item A entered in SO and if it is out of stock then system auto suggest selling Item B
