Duplicate Access teams

Hello every one,

I am using Microsoft Dynamics crm 365 and i am facing an issue about Access team:

The problem is that i have found duplicated access teams on my organization with duplicated members and i can't find a reason for this issue (as i know access teams are automatically created by the system).

I didn't find something about this on forums. All suggestions are almost welcome.

    Hello,

    Any idea about this issue. To be clear, I have found duplicated access team for the same template access team ex:

    I have an Account with id XXXX-XXXXX...... and the template ID YYYY-YYYYY

    i have found two access team for the same recod and the team members grid get the members of both of the teams

    Any suggestions are almost welcome!!

    You have to verify the code where you are creating Access team, there may be a flaw in logic/implementation.

    Hello,

    I have resolved the issue. The problem was that in my organization i have chaged the privilege Read on Teams to parent child business unit and because of that when i assign the record to another BU it creates a new access team because the new owner didn't have an access to the entity so i have passed the privilege read on teams to Organization level
