Who To Contact For Tech Support

Hi Everyone, I have no idea who to contact for support. How do I contact tech support? Is there somewhere in GP where I can get some info that will help me with that?

    Login to CustomerSource and follow the links for support. You can create a support incident there. If your support contract includes support incidents then there will be no additional charge. If not, the last time I checked a support incident costs $499.

    You should have a GP Partner that would act as your tech support initially.  Find out who you pay your yearly GP maintenance fees to and that is your GP Partner.
