You should have a GP Partner that would act as your tech support initially. Find out who you pay your yearly GP maintenance fees to and that is your GP Partner.

Login to CustomerSource and follow the links for support. You can create a support incident there. If your support contract includes support incidents then there will be no additional charge. If not, the last time I checked a support incident costs $499.
