
Hi, the business i work for has MS Dynamics RMS 2007. Some computers need replacing but the licenses will be lost. What is the cost of a license for the Store Operations Manager and Point Of Sale?

Thank you for posting your question.
If your business already has Microsoft Dynamics RMS (Retail Management System) I am not sure why you would need to purchase another license.
The license key would be on a PID card that was provided when the software was installed.
Unfortunately, there is not a way to obtain the License Key from the terminal.
In checking, we are unable to access the License keys directly through our systems; and when looking for keys on customer accounts, it states “Please refer to PID card for key.”
In addition, it states:
“Note: Microsoft security standards no longer allow license/registration key information to be sent through email. The recipient of the link will require access to CustomerSource/PartnerSource Business Center to obtain the related key(s)."
