Sent Email body blank with CRM 2013 Outlook Client enabled

Hi,

When I use IE, from File - Send - Link by email, it pops up my Outlook, I typed recipient and send it. In both places (my Sent Item and recipient Inbox). The body of email becomes blank.

If I Sign Out CRM for Outlook, the emails return to normal.

My settings:

  • CRM 2013 sp1 (6.1.4.145)(db 6.1.4.145)
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Service Pack 1 (sp1) for Microsoft Office Outlook with offline Access (6.1.5.111) (most recent patch update rollup 5)
  • Windows 10 Pro
  • Outlook 2016 (most recent install from my portal of Office 365)

Can anyone try on your pc? My other team mates have same issue on Win 7.

Any help will be appreciated.
