windows 10 mouse won't scroll

When using the inventory viewer I cannot scroll with my mouse. I can scroll in the nav window, both up./down and left/right. I can scroll if I hover over the scroll bar on the right. It won't scroll when hovering over the window. Scrolling works on other programs in Windows.

    Workaround:

    Go To: Settings - Device - Mouse & Touchpad - Turn Off "Scroll inactive windows when I hover over them"

    I think that its function is not supporting to scroll. So you need to update nav window for your solution. Check it for more information https://babasupport.org/hp/hp-laptop-touchpad-not-working/
