Outlook Addin; unauthorized error

Hi,

For one of my customers I'm configuring the outlook addin. Last week it worked fine. Now however, it doesn't work. Depending on the browsers it gives an error in the addin, or only in the console. Both come down to an unauthorized error when calling the CRM Api's. Just to be sure I was logged into CRM before starting the addin, but that didn't solve the issue.

Does anybody have an idea on how to solve this?

    Was just in contact with support and it was an issue on their side. Should be fixed about now. It was fixed for my customer.

    Hi Martijn,

    Just tagging along to your post.

    Myself and one of my customers (so far) is also experiencing this error. As far as we know it is occurring since yesterday. Microsoft recommends checking if you have the appropriate permissions, to clear your browser history in Internet Explorer and to check if you have connection to CRM in general. None of this resolved the issue in my case or the customer's, maybe it will for you. Are you yourself using the app, and it is working for you?

    Perhaps it is related to a recent update?
