We have a po#, we were able to create a Return, (Returns Edit List). When we go to view the PO#, the item that we returned still shows as "received". What are we doing wrong?

Hi,
How did you book the return, you need to go to return transaction entry and enter the return. Once its returned the status will changed to closed.
Are you referring to the status of the line item on the PO?
I would have to rest but I don't think that status changes - while you return the goods - they were at some point received into the system on that PO
It is the status of the inventory item that you really need to look into
